EŌS 855 Avenue of the Americas signage

A luxury residential and commercial building

Manhattan developer the Durst Organization needed signs for one of its mixed-used residential developments. EŌS 855 6th Ave is mixed-use 47-story high-end residential, commercial and street retail building located in Midtown Manhattan at 100 W 31st St, New York, NY. Designed by CookFox Architects and SLCE Architects, LLP.  Reflecting the Durst Organization's commitment to sustainable design and green living, the building houses 375 rental residences, full-fledged amenities, gym/pool/fitness center, 122,000 sq. ft. commercial space and 70,000 sq. ft. of retail space.

A sign program that fit with the luxury interior design

Luminant Design designed a sign program for this building that matched its residential interior design and finishes. This program included interior and exterior wayfinding and identity signs.
