A luxury residential and commercial building

Manhattan developer the Durst Organization needed signs for one of its mixed-used residential developments. FRΛNK 57 WEST is a 10-story 150,000 sq. ft. residential, commercial and street retail building located in Midtown Manhattan at 600 West 58th Street, New York, NY and designed by the prestigious NYC firm, Studio V Architects. Reflecting the Durst’s commitment to sustainability and green living, the building houses 65 rental residences, amenities, offices and street retail spaces.

An architecturally integrated sign program

Luminant Design designed a sign program for this building that reflected its architectural character and aesthetic. This program included interior and exterior wayfinding and identity signs, along with internally lit building lettering and branded sign panels.
