Renovation of a residential lobby and entranceway

Manhattan developer the Durst Organization needed signs for one of its mixed-used residential developments as part of a building lobby retrofit. HELENΛ is 38-story mixed-use high-end residential and street retail building in Midtown Manhattan at 501 West 57th Street, New York, NY. Reflecting the Durst Organization's commitment to sustainable design and green living, the building houses 597 rental residences, sports amenities, and street retail space.

Luxury residential building entrance and lobby

Luminant Design designed identity for this building's new canopy at its residential entrance and new lobby signage as part of a reconfiguration of lobby access. The canopy structure was designed by the recognized NYC firm, Studio V Architects.
